Location Details

We need this for each location so the AI knows your hours, phone numbers, and service areas. It'll answer calls differently depending on which location a customer is reaching.

Voice AI Preferences

Your AI phone agent will handle incoming calls, book appointments, and answer common questions. Let's make sure it sounds and acts the way you want.

This is the name your AI will introduce itself as when answering calls. Our default is "Barry" but you can pick any name you'd like.
How should the AI come across on the phone?

When someone calls outside your business hours, what should the AI do?
What does your business consider an emergency that should be escalated immediately? (e.g., active termite swarm, wildlife in the home, sewer line backup)

Record how you'd like the AI to greet callers. We'll use this as inspiration for the AI's tone and style. For example: "Thanks for calling Southeast Pest, this is Barry, how can I help you today?"

Integration & Technical

This helps us connect your AI system to your existing software and website. Don't worry if you're not sure about some of these — just answer what you can.

This determines how we pull your daily schedule for route optimization and dispatch intelligence. Select all that apply.

You selected the Voice Widget add-on. We need a few details about your website to get it installed.
